Their BlindWine Wine Tasting Game includes nearly all the ingredients for a tasting party, from invitations to the gold medal for the guest who brings the winning bottle. Just add a group of friends who’ll contribute wine, cover each bottle with one of the provided bags, hand out scorecards, and let the fun begin.
Sisler and Haller, both 35, have been friends since their days at Monte Vista High in Danville. They created BlindWine after searching wine stores in vain for a simple yet competitive tasting kit. What’s next? “We’ve been working with the International Chili Society on a chili cook-off game,” says Sisler, a Pleasanton resident. “We’ll be releasing Chili Champ in May or June.”
BlindWine retails for $20 and is available at WineStyles in San Ramon and Walnut Creek, BevMo stores, and at www.blindwine.com.
